Refund And Delivery Policy Refunds Membership Fees are payable on an annual basis and can not be refunded. Reading Fees will be refunded only in the event that the author is subsequently unable to submit his or her script to be assessed. Once a script has been submitted no refund for this service will be given. For all scripts purchased, we will refund or credit (by customer choice) anything returned unused and in pristine condition. Any non-chargeable items included in a paid order will be available immediately after payment is made, by an email link to the relevant download which will be included in our payment receipt email. Deliveries We
use the UK Royal Mail service for mailing anywhere in the world. Licences
must be paid for before they're issued and are sent as soon as they're
paid for, either by post (normal) or email attachment (if urgent and
